Please speak clearly and slowly.
Please do not have any personal/confidential materials in the background.
Please be aware of any loud noises in the background that may distract the viewer or make it difficult to hear.
When filming your video, make sure to stand somewhere that the light doesn’t obscure the face or cause a glare (do not have a bright light directly behind you, such as a window).
Look into the camera as you are speaking.
Place the camera at a comfortable angle - generally, either the camera at level with the speaker or slightly above looks best.
Try to have your whole face in the shot.
Please keep video submissions under 5 minutes.
Make sure videos are no larger than 100mb in size.
